Transform Operations, Accelerate Growth

From Strategy to Support

Think bigger. Build smarter. Move faster — with technology solutions tailored to you.

A woman-owned IT consultancy working with companies across the United States: website development, Salesforce, Oracle ERP and system integration — and the search, ads and follow-up that get a business found. Add senior people to your team, or hand us the whole build; the same team is there from the first workshop to the run-state.

What “integration” actually means

Most of the work is not at either end. It is the layer in the middle that authenticates, maps one system’s fields onto another’s, checks the record before it lands, and decides what happens to the ones that fail. This is the shape of it.

Diagram: every system onealgo-hub, OneAlgorithm’s own integration layer, is wired to. It runs on Railway with Postgres. On the left, six groups it reads: search and site (Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Bing Webmaster, Microsoft Clarity, Cloudflare edge traffic); social (Facebook, Instagram, Meta Ads, Meta webhooks, LinkedIn, TikTok); CRM and finance (Salesforce campaigns and leads, QuickBooks Online book cash); federal (Grants.gov); Microsoft (Teams transcripts through Graph, Microsoft Advertising keyword volumes); and media and data (Google Places, Google Drive, Higgsfield, Apify, Cloudflare AI). In the middle, the hub, with four stages every record passes through: authenticate, map fields, validate, and route. On the right, what it writes or serves: exports to Google Sheets, alert email through Mailgun, LinkedIn posts that a person confirms every time, and the AI sessions, Claude and Codex, that read the brief, memory and metrics at the start of every session and reach SAM.gov, Microsoft 365, Outlook, OneDrive, Gmail, Notion, Railway, Cloudflare and GoDaddy directly. The systems are real; the packet traffic shown is illustrative, not live.

  • Search and site (search console · ga4 · bing, clarity · cloudflare edge) sends search_queries.upsert to onealgo-hub (railway · postgres).
  • Social (facebook · instagram · meta ads, webhooks · linkedin · tiktok) sends instagram.followers to onealgo-hub (railway · postgres).
  • CRM and finance (salesforce · quickbooks online, campaigns · leads · book cash) sends book_cash to onealgo-hub (railway · postgres).
  • Federal (grants.gov, open and posted opportunities) sends grants_open to onealgo-hub (railway · postgres).
  • Microsoft (teams transcripts (graph), advertising keyword volumes) sends transcript.stored to onealgo-hub (railway · postgres).
  • Media and data (places · drive · higgsfield, apify · cloudflare ai) sends media.generated to onealgo-hub (railway · postgres).
  • onealgo-hub (railway · postgres) sends sheet.write to Exports (google sheets, tabs written from the hub).
  • onealgo-hub (railway · postgres) sends provider.stale to Alerts (mailgun email, stale sync · failed job).
  • onealgo-hub (railway · postgres) sends post.publish to Publishing (linkedin posts, human-confirmed, every time).
  • Publishing (linkedin posts, human-confirmed, every time) sends post.id to onealgo-hub (railway · postgres), on the return path.
  • onealgo-hub (railway · postgres) sends brief.read to AI sessions (claude · codex — read the brief,, memory and metrics every session, in-session tools: sam.gov · m365, outlook · onedrive · gmail · notion, railway · cloudflare · godaddy).

Four steps, and we stay for the fourth

  1. 01

    Discover

Workshops and process mapping to find where the work actually breaks - before anyone proposes a system.

  2. 02

    Design

An architecture and a plan sized to your budget, your compliance needs and the team you already have.

  3. 03

    Deliver

Built in short cycles so you see working software early and change your mind cheaply.

  4. 04

    Support

We stay on after go-live. Hypercare first, then ongoing support around the clock.

Built around how you actually work

  1. 01

    24/7 support

Round-the-clock technical support and maintenance across all time zones, backed by teams in the US, Canada, India and the UAE.

  2. 02

    Senior people, on your team

You work with the practitioners doing the build, not a rotating bench. Augment your team or hand us the whole scope.

  3. 03

    Platform-agnostic

Oracle, Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot, QuickBooks and custom APIs. We connect what you already own rather than replacing it by default.

  4. 04

    Strategy through support

One team from the first workshop to the run-state. No handoff to a support vendor who was not in the room.

Buying for government? That has its own page.

Registrations, eligibility, codes and the capability statement are all on the government page — everything a contracting officer needs, kept out of everyone else’s way.
